Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of the Tour by the Guide

For safety reasons, including unfavorable weather conditions or exceptional circumstances, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour.

If I cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund. If rescheduling is possible, I may offer an alternative date with your agreement.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel your booking, please let me know as soon as possible by email using the address provided on this website.

3. Late Arrival at the Meeting Point

Please arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. The tour will end at the originally scheduled time and cannot be extended due to your late arrival.

In case of a significant delay or a no-show without prior notice, please contact me so that we can find a solution.
